You’re so right and it’s prompted me to change my ways. I’m no longer texting this response with my thumb. I’m using my best pointer and even though no one will ever know, I’m wearing my best undies and favourite socks when I go to Aldi.
So true Lo ..I’m thinking I might need a gf to come over and play dress ups together like we did as kids but wearing the garb we deem too good to wear out ..how weird are we ?
OK, but you definitely used to be the girl in the sequins at Ikea. . . I'd bet money you still have a bedazzler stashed in your home somewhere. You're also the least judgmental person I know. You've always used the good teacups. And when did you buy track pants?! Who are you and what did you do with Lo? Oh wait, there you are: "I get sad about strange things sometimes, like for the peas that grew, and then were frozen and packaged, and purchased and taken home and finally cooked - and then left pushed aside on the plate and finally end up in the trash".
Rachel I definitely need to refind my sequin moxy - my love for it all hasn’t changed but I’ve mellowed a little on the outrageous outfits front! But you’re right, I do still have a bedazzler, even if I can’t work out how to use it, and I have always used my special teacups. And I’m ashamed of my track pants but they are so snuggly - I prefer to think of them as ‘soft pants’ like they call them in the South!
More words of wisdom.

Look out for spot checks from ‘living your best life’ monitors 😂
Greetings from San Sebastián
I just had a coffee and noticed five Spanish women at the next table….all wearing sequinned shirts
Oh my god I love it! No wonder the Spanish have such a reputation as lovers of life. Thank you for sharing ❤️

Perfectly, fabulously weird! Long may we remain so - not that I think either of us have much choice in the matter!

I love this reminder. There is only today 👏👏👏
Indeed. If only sequins were cosier…. X
And use, use the plates. So many lovely things stay in cupboards, it’s a crime.
Definitely wear the sequins! 😍
